Jax – A zombie chick wearing a dress (I think it’s a bridal one, at that) standing in the forest? Yes, please.

Dani – From the first time I saw this I adored it. So many questions – What is coming from those building. Spooky.

Jax – From the buildings twisting in a sinister way to the birds flying around to the eye staring at me. There’s so much going on with this cover that it makes me want to read it right now.

Jax – This makes me shiver, and it’s up there in the creep-factor, but in a good way.

Dani – I just love the cover because of the hues and that gorgeous frosted flower.

Jax – I love the dress, the shoes, the bouquet. Stunning cover.

Dani – I have a thing for eyes on the cover of books. Something about the eyes. Maybe it’s the whole “gate-way” thing but I swear I see something going on in there.

Jax – OOH! I love how her eyelashes look like icy tree branches. Also, the pastel colors are refreshing.

Jax – Beautiful cover. One of my faves. I love the colors and how the two guys stand with her and one of their hands snakes around in a ghost like fashion.

Dani – I’m intrigued by why the hands IS ghostly. This cover definitely has my attention.

S is for Splintered

Dani – I can’t hide it… TOP pick of the bunch. Epitome of what cover-love looks like. At first glance I wanted to have it and read it. From the foliage to the bugs and the sweet model, it’s so wonderful.

Jax – This is the cover of all covers. From the bright colors to the stunning girl, this cover makes me want to jump down the rabbit hole and not look back.

Jax – The model is gorgeous, and the blues give it a calming sort of feel for the ride that awaits us inside.

Dani – I can’t help but stare trying to figure out where she is at or what she is doing and this makes me want to read it.

Dani – Bold palate that merge well. She looks so solemn and at peace.

Jax – This model looks like Scarlett Johansson and reminds me of the movie, The Other Boleyn Girl, which is sort of fitting. Love it.

Dani – A floating little girl surrounded by dead branches - yeah that would freak anyone out, thus I can’t stop staring.

Jax – Even though the veins popping out sort of creeps me out, this cover shouts strength.

Dani – I like everything about this – the pieces of snow on her lashes, her gorgeous features, and her perfect pucker makes this a very cool cover.

Jax - The snow, along with the gargoyle on the building, make me feel chilly! Great cover!

J is for Juliet Immortal

Jax – Put a girl in a red dress out by the sea and you have a gorgeous cover! The colors used for this are perfect.

Dani – Granted there are tons of covers that feature a girl in a dress but I like how the red pops next to the ocean.

I is for Insurgent

Dani – I heart me this tree, the way the leaves flow around it. The hues of the cover blend together perfectly.

Jax - Yeah, the tree is cool. I like how the city is in the background, sort of sitting there with creepy intentions.

Jax - Whimsical. I like how the sunlight is used as the backdrop 

Dani – Me too. The brilliant yellow is a change from a lot of the dark, drab, and overly used backdrops on a cover. I love the soft looking wings.

Dani – Being pinned against a wall isn’t always a bad thing. These two smolder, making a great cover.

Jax - Radleigh *sigh* I heart him so. This cover is smoking hot, and seeing him on it makes me happy.

Jax – I love the sparse trees and dark colors on top of the icy blue background.

Dani – I agree, I have a thing for dark creepy woods. This cover was the start of me noticing the “Damsel in a dress” phenomenon.

Dani – The cover is beautiful. I find my eyes dance over the wispy dress and vibrant colors more than on the girl herself.

D is for (The) Dragonslayer (1303)

Jax – I want to lick this cover. Does that sound trampy of me? Maybe, but I don’t care. This cover is THAT hawt! The model is gorgeous, and even his facial expression and intense eyes capture the character (Xan) perfectly.

Dani – Well, while you are licking the cover, I will stand back and admire his physique! Simple black backdrop makes the tone of his skin pop.
