Musing Mondays asks us to muse about one of the following topics found
HERE at Should Be Reading...
Dani's musing: • Tell us what you’re reading right now — what you think of it, so far; why you chose it; what you are (or, aren’t) enjoying it.
I’m finally getting around to listening to Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire. I’m not too keen on the readers voice but I’m trying to get into the grove. So far it’s been fighting, small amounts of blood and bitchy girls – a lot has happened in the first few chapters.
Jax's musing: • Instead of the above questions, maybe you just want to ramble on about something else pertaining to books — let’s hear it, then!
I decided to share one of my favorite quotes...
"Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you'd better be running." - Christopher McDougall
That is an awesome quote!
