Dani – I’m obsessed with butterflies and this cover calls to my inner free spirit, even though the wings are chipping away.

Jax - What a cool book cover! Beautiful colors! It looks like shards of glass or crystals or even diamonds, either coming off the butterfly... or maybe the insect is transforming into those things. Whatever the case, it's gorgeous!

Jax - Ouija boards freak me out, but I dig the planchette. The lavender makes me think, even though it's for good spirits, something else may occur. I really like the moon and star in the corner.

Dani – Totally, the planchette is so cool. I’ve messed with a Ouija board before and it freaked me out when it “contacted” my grandma. This cover just screams spooky.

Jax - The ace of hearts playing card is a nice touch, but makes me curious as to why a queen of hearts card wasn't used. I'm sure there's a reason, and to find out, I'll be reading the book!

Dani – I think all of the The Selection series are perfectly stunning! I know debutants in flowing gowns has been way over done, however, I adore these gowns… and the mirrors makes it all the more striking.

Jax - Her multiple reflections capture my attention. That dress is gorgeous, and the background has an icicle slash crystal feel to it, which makes this cover even more beautiful!

Dani – The only book in our list which I have read; it is such a great first book in the series. And Jax, she does have plenty of secrets, but she’s not the only one. I love her stance and how she’s wrapping her arms around herself, very awkward and lovely.

Dani – Dark and mysterious. The red feather pops on the cover yet doesn’t take away from the monstrous castle in the back.
